Yikes, I haven't seen a plate full of crap like choice #2, since I was in the hospital....hope they aren't serving that option to get more patients.....
Hope you and the Rebel and RT are doing well....

Choice no.1 is actually sushi from a hospital in Japan! Choice no. 2 is local. Rebel doesn't eat Sushi so it wouldn't entice her at all.
Luckily,Rebel (just call me Princess) had a meeting with the hospital nutritionist and dietician and they've shown her their menus and she was able to CHOOOSE her meals. So no more blecky stuff like in the pic! I think she thinks she is staying at a bizarre version of a Westin. So far, she's managed to score a new bed, get better meals, and turn away doctors who piss her off.

I would SO choose option number 2 over fish bait.
Yikes, the is the stuff you put on the end of the line to throw in and catch larger fish. puke, yuck.
