I remember when that toilet sat in the hall for weeks, why does he want to now start to "fix up"?
it's a sink Lily.. the trim is not finished... LOL.. but yeah... get your question and who knows... ego probably.
Yes, I recognise the sink, but I was refering to the toilet beside it! LOL....
The house has already been appraised right? So he isn't trying to do this to boost the money he will get is he?
Other than that, yeah, he probably doesn't want you or anyone else pointing at things and talking about him unfavorably.
Is that Rebel's old room in the middle? Son's room was converted to an office and I have finally quit calling daughter's room "daughter's room" and call it spare room instead.

Hey. That middle photo looks like my house. We still need baseboards. I am happy to say that the son-in-law lives closer now and has plans to work on getting the little things finished up. Next weekend is painting the bathroom and car maintenance weekend. {or so I have been informed. I hear there is already a detailed list. LOL!}
And Rudy. LOL re: the kids rooms. I even call the pink room here *Jen's Room* and she never even lived here. bwahahahaha!

And yep,. that is Rebel's old room where XSU couldn't be bothered getting the base boards put on about 5 years ago. ( but let's no go there let's just move forward) roll eyes..
I hvae 4 bedrooms so have always had a spare room plust the girls' rooms. But XSU took the spare as his, except it's still known as the spare room. It never became known as dad's room.
